- First, consider not viewing the resolution as a hassle. Consider stepping into it with a positive outlook and ease your way on to it. Start small, day-by-day, and allow yourself to adjust.
- Second, remind yourself the reason you are doing it. We often lose sight of why we do the things we do by being caught up in the moments. For example, losing weight is a common resolution but some people do unhealthy crash dieting. This will give temporary results when the main goal should be living a healthier life style.
